David L. Cook, PhD, nationally known sports psychologist and author, will be our special guest speaker at the dinner. David has served as a mental training coach for several U.S. Olympians, the San Antonio Spurs, and more than 100 PGA players. His novel, Golf’s Sacred Journey: Seven Days at the Links of Utopia, was released as a motion picture starring Robert Duvall and Lucas Black.
